Deaconess Sukyung Kim (Aged 64, Parish 13 in Manmin Central Church)


It happened on November 23, 2023. I went up to the rooftop to move plant pots indoors because the weather suddenly became cold below zero degree. While coming down the stairs, I fell on my back and slid down. I tumbled down on the floor and lost consciousness.
With a thump my two sons rushed out to me and found my limbs trembling. I had a lump the size of a fist on the head, and my back and hips were seriously bruised and the flesh was torn and skinned off here and there.
The second son helped me, who was unconscious, receive Senior Pastor Jaerock Lee’s prayer for the sick recorded on ARS (Automation Response System). And they called 119 ambulance and I was sent to the hospital and examined there.
Scarcely had I woken before I was in a wheelchair. I wore cast for the ankle and bound up the wounds of the back of a hand. I was surprised to see many examinations on my medical notes.
The doctor told me to stay in hospital for complete recovery, but I really wanted to receive healing from God by faith. So I taxied home by my son’s help.
I was a little dizzy after coming back home, but attended a Vowed Daniel Prayer Meeting. God poured down grace upon me so much while I was praying at the meeting.
I tearfully repented of hatred and other sins that flashed across my mind and then my heart was refreshed with joy. I became assured God would heal me. A few minutes later I got the cast off and began to move the ankle and the neck. I could move the ankle and the neck well.
On November 24, next day I joined the Divine Healing Meeting held during Friday All-night Service by faith, and attentively listened to Speaker Pastor Soojin Lee’s message. I looked back on my past days through her message and repented completely once again. I received her prayer with faith and my heart was filled with joy and peace. I was assured of my healing.
I got up and tried to walk. I could walk freely without a cane. The lump on the head subsided and there was no more discharge from the wounds. On November 28, the checkup showed there was no problem at all. Hallelujah!
I give all thanks and glory to the Lord who awakened me in prayers and healed me of the aftereffects of the fall.
