I used to be a Catholic with no assurance in salvation. I had no peace in my heart. I enjoyed the worldly pleasures with my friends and drank alcohol. I hated others over trivial matters and harbored hard feelings. I even beat my wife and took it out on her when something bad happened outside the family. My family was not peaceful. I was a lieutenant in the navy, but many reasons made it hard for me to be promoted.

In 2006, I heard that amazing healing works were taking place through Dr. Jaerock Lee, an international revivalist who came from South Korea. I went to his DR Congo United Crusade. I witnessed many people being healed of incurable and terminal diseases. I was also moved by his message. Later I heard about Kinshasa Manmin Church and went there myself.

In January 2007, I became a member of Manmin and started to listen to Dr. Lee's messages through GCN. I realized what a true Christian life is like and became filled with thanks and joy. When I learned about why Jesus Christ is our only Savior by the book "The Message of the Cross" I was fascinated.

I learned about the circumcision of heart. I stopped drinking and smoking and my hot-temper changed to mild one. I no longer beat my wife. My family members started to show their interest in the church because they saw me change. They finally registered in the church. Moreover, as my family became more peaceful, God gave us overflowing blessings. Hallelujah!

In March 2015, I could not walk well due to pain in my left leg. When Pastor Hosu Lee of Kinshasa Manmin Church prayed for me with the handkerchief on which Senior Pastor had prayed, I was set free from the pain (Acts 19:11-12).

My wife was healed of rheumatoid arthritis through Senior Pastor's prayer for the sick, and my second daughter recovered from food poisoning by the prayer of the handkerchief. My granddaughter is growing up well although she was born weak and kept in the incubator. I am so thankful for the grace of God, so I try to pray constantly and live by the Word. As I have done so, I have received many blessings.

I was promoted so quickly that I became a Lieutenant Commander and now I am a Naval Commander. I am also a chairman of the Church Management Committee in Kinshasa Manmin Church. I give all thanks and glory to the God of love who has been leading us to live a blessed life.
