I am now the happiest I've been in my life as a doctor. I feel love for patients from my heart. I am so thankful to be a help to them so I find every moment valuable. When some patients show no improvement with medicine or they get worse, I pray. Then they become better. I feel grateful.

Although I was born into a Christian family, I used to go to church only on Sundays. But in 1994, I got married, and my Christian life changed.

My husband is Elder Gilbert Chae, President of WCDN (World Christian Doctors Network). He read Dr. Jaerock Lee's testimonial memoirs Tasting Eternal Life before Death before our marriage. He received a lot of grace and spent much time listening to Dr. Lee's sermons. Thanks to him, I started to keep the whole Sabbath and give the proper tithe so that I became a true Christian.

In March 2002, my husband was appointed to a position in Seoul so we moved to Seoul and began attending Manmin Central Church in Seoul. As we listened to the holiness gospel and saw powerful works, we felt pleased to lead a believing life in such a good church.

In the meantime, though I don't know when it began, I began to feel discomfort toward my husband. He was nice to nurses and patients. I felt jealous for no reason. I complained and felt uncomfortable saying he was nice to others but he did not help me with house chores. I nagged him telling him that he didn't do what I wanted him to do.

In 2011, however, the rapid spiritual flow started in the church. Dr. Jaerock Lee preached about the standard of the level of 'standing on the rock of faith' and put an emphasis on the heart of spirit. My husband and I made up our minds to be renewed and prayed.

Afterwards, in 2014 my husband achieved the heart of spirit, and his words and deeds were totally changed. He helped me with house chores. He washed the dishes, cooked rice, and served coffee and fruit after a meal. He had previously walked around ten meters ahead of me, but he came to walk at my speed. He sometimes carried my bag and sometimes gave me a massage. He served me with heart.

He prayed with his hand on our children's heads in the morning. He acted like a nice friend to our son. My family became full of laughter and happiness. His renewal made me long for sanctification all the more.

I started to serve others, arm myself with the Word, and pray earnestly. I tried to broaden my heart. I tried to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks for the grace of the Lord. Meantime, in 2015 by the grace of God, I also accomplished the heart of spirit. Hallelujah!

My children work as leaders in their missions, my husband works as a president of the World Christian Doctors Network that proves the power of God based on medical and scientific data. I am General Manager of Shalom Choir and Financial Director of the Second Chinese Parish. We are so thankful. We give all thanks and glory to God who renewed my family.
