Twenty eight deaf members from Malaysia, Thailand, Faroe Islands, and Denmark participated in Manmin Summer Retreat 2015. They prepared for the retreat with morning-fasting and prayer time through attending Daniel Prayer Meeting via the Internet.

On August 3 in 2015, the first day of the retreat, Dr. Jaerock Lee delivered the message. And he prayed for the sick to be healed and for the participants to fulfill their hearts' desires. The deaf members were receiving his prayer through sign language interpretation. Meantime, they started to stir. It was because they began hearing sounds.

Through sign language, one of them said that he heard some sound like a roar of a lion, and another pointed at his ears and said, "It's strange!" Through Dr. Lee's prayer, the twenty seven members' ears opened. Some of them had started to hear sounds through Dr. Lee's prayer in their countries and in the retreat they came to hear better.

Brother Liew Kar Luck was born with hearing impairment. As he received Dr. Lee's prayer at the end of Daniel Prayer Meeting, his ears began to open. While he was joining in the retreat, he came to hear better from both ears and now feels so happy. Sister Suck Peng Khu, being filled with grace, said she came to distinguish people's voices. Sister Mayfrind Weihe Hansen came to tell what praise song was being sung and hear sounds of trains when she took subway.

People who hear well do not know the heart of the deaf. But Senior Pastor knew the heart of each one of them and prayed earnestly for them. May more deaf people come to know the holiness gospel and the power of the shepherd and the global parish of deaf people be achieved!
