On Saturday, January 14, 2006, the 68th "Love-food Sharing" event at which Manmin members look after the neglected and share the love of Jesus Christ took place under the auspices of the Evangelization Brigade at the Rainbow-Rising Village Inc. (Elder Byong-yong Han, President) located in Ahn-sung City, Kyung-ki Province. The event featured a worship service, a delightful performance of the Perfume Chorus of Manmin's Performing Arts Committee and a presentation of rice, beverages, and donations. The "Love-food Sharing" campaign kicked off in November 1999, has invited about 4~5,000 individuals to Manmin each month and provided meals, haircuts, and medical services to the church's neighbors. In addition, the campaign has made visits to a variety of government and public offices and private welfare facilities including Guro Welfare Center for the Elderly, Guro District Office, Dong-jak District Office, and Manmin Welfare Town in the love of Jesus Christ.
