From July 22 to 23, 2023, Summer Bible School 2023 was held, and it was streamed live on YouTube and GCN TV. Many children attended it online as well as on-site.

The first session was ‘Word and Prayer’ time held at the worship room of Senior Pastor’s house in the morning. Ahead of main sermon, under the moderation of Brother Siwoo Lee (Elementary School grade 6), Sister Sarang Sim (Elementary School grade 3) did representative prayer, Sister Hedva (Preschool, age 7) read the Scripture, and Children’s Sunday School Performing Arts Team gave a special song.

Then Acting Senior Pastor Soojin Lee delivered the message and she asked them to walk in the Light with spiritual faith, to be strong and courageous before the Lord, and to come forth as children of light who resemble Him. When she led praises and prayers, children repented and were filled with the Holy Spirit.



In the afternoon, they watched a video entitled with ‘I’ll Give Him My Talent’ which introduced the expressions of their various talents such as playing musical instruments, taekwondo, and drawing. It was followed by a wonderful event ‘Happy Praise’ led by Pastor Sungsik Jang, Children’s Sunday School principal. They fully enjoyed in the Lord, singing praises and dancing with joy.



Then, children under the third grade of elementary school had a special event of playing seven steps of games imitating the conquest of Canaan, and others over the fourth grade of elementary school had a gracious event with the theme ‘I want to know Father God and our Lord better’.

On the second day a special ‘Weekly Bible Study’ was streamed live online as a featured part of Summer Bible School 2023, and various activities occurred such as a puppet show by teachers for kids under age 7, Bible quiz by children from 8 to 10, and ‘I want to know Father God and our Lord’ by children from 11 to 13. All children in attendance had a happy time in the Lord.
