Manmin Central church, which has been established under the motto ‘Arise, shine’ on October 10, 1982, celebrated its 39th anniversary.
On July 25, 1982, the church was opened with 13 members including 4 children in the temple of less than 33 square meters and the establishment service was offered on October 10 of that year. Since then, it has been leading countless souls around the world to the arms of the Lord with the words of life and the explosive works of power manifested by the Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee.
Countless works of wonders, signs, and powers have appeared since the opening days, and the church was revived as fast as the Early Churches, and in February 1991, the number of registered members exceeded 10,000. In July of that year, the General Assembly of the United Holiness Church of Korea was formed. Afterwards, the Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee took the lead in evangelizing the nation by playing a part in various Christian events such as the co-chair of the ‘1992 World Holification Crusade’ and the administrative president of the ‘Peace Re-Unification Crusade for the 50th anniversary of Independence Day of Korea’ in 1995.
In the 2000’s, overseas missions began actively, and our church held overseas united crusades and preached God Creator and Jesus Christ with the explosive works of power in Uganda, Pakistan, Kenya, the Philippines, Honduras, India, Russia, Germany, Peru, Democratic Republic of Congo, the United States, Estonia, etc. As a result, Muslims, Hindus, and Catholics were converted, and countless souls were healed and saved.
Even now, God is attesting that He is with this church by showing the works of power transcending space and time through the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12).
In addition, by delivering Dr. Jaerock Lee’s sermons, which he received in the inspiration of the Holy Spirit through countless prayers and fasting, via GCN TV, books, and YouTube, the church is leading the spiritual transformation and growth of Christians around the world in the end time as well as saving souls.
In particular, the publication mission has been actively carried out. Dr. Jaerock Lee’s representative sermon, ‘The Message of the Cross’ has been published in 61 languages, and currently, 112 Christian guidebooks and 654 translated books have been published, and Manmin News is being released. In addition, e-books have been published and are being sold steadily through Amazon Kindle, Apple iBooks, and Google books.
In order to fulfill the providence for the end days to guide countless souls to the path of salvation through the construction of the Grand Sanctuary, the faithful God is leading Manmin to become spiritual warriors who have sincere heart and assurance of faith. We give all thanks and glory to God the Trinity, who will fully accomplish the providence of salvation for all peoples around the world through the power of re-creation and the holiness gospel.
