Every summer, a festival of grace awaited us to experience God’s love with our whole body. It was Manmin Summer Retreat.

In particular, since 2013, as it had been broadcast live by GCN TV, it has established itself as an international annual event that attends not only mission members in our church but also all Korean members and overseas members. And it has been a basis for the growth of the believers through the works of signs and wonders and powers.

Although the heat wave alert had been issued nationwide in early August every year, it was possible to experience countless evidences of the living God in the best weather provided by God with pertinent rain, wind, and clouds. In addition, swarms of dragonflies not only had exterminated pests such as mosquitoes and moths, but also gave happy memories by sitting down on the body of the members.

Thanks to the prayer of the senior pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee, dark clouds were scattered, rain stopped, and stars appeared in the open sky, and the typhoon disappeared or changed its course.

When we think of the Manmin Summer Retreat, we can think of a procession of the healed testifiers filled with altar. After the message in the first night in the healing meeting every year, patients with various diseases including incurable diseases experienced the explosive works of healing, i.e., they threw away wheelchairs or crutches and came to walk by the prayer of Dr. Jaerock Lee and gave glory to God.

In particular, once the deaf members who came from abroad began to hear, many overseas deaf members visited the summer retreat venue and began to hear or heard better than before, so their testimonies continued.

As well as, during healing meetings in 2018 and 2019 summer retreats led by acting senior pastor Soojin Lee, the works of explosive power were the same through the powerful handkerchief (Acts 19:11-12) on which Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed.

Furthermore, the members who attended through GCN live broadcasts or recorded broadcasts from all over the world were cured and answered transcending time and space, and glorified God greatly.

The Manmin Summer Retreat is a gift of the love of God the Father, who gives us true faith and let us resemble His image as we live in the last days when we can’t believe anything unless we see it with our own eyes.
