Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong, Chairman of United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, Africa, was invited by Bishop Dr. Wawire ministering to the Word of Faith Church that has around 600 branch churches in Kenya to lead a Pastors' Seminar in Mbale, Vihiga County in the western Kenya from June 21 to 22. The seminar was attended by over 200 bishops, pastors, church leaders, and local community leaders.

Before getting into the seminar's content in earnest, Dr. Cheong first introduced the powerful works manifested by Dr. Jaerock Lee and Manmin's ministry. He said the message that he would deliver during the seminar had been received by Dr. Lee through his deep communication with God. On the morning of June 21st, the Providence of the Creation was explained and that afternoon the Providence of Human Cultivation was presented. On June 22nd, a lecture on Job was given.

After delivering the messages, Dr. Cheong prayed for the sick with the handkerchief on which Dr. Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). Many people were healed of their diseases such as herniated lumbar discs, hemiplegia, and arthritis, and some of them recovered better eyesight.
