Manmin's Performing Arts Comm. Team Performs at 'Foreign Language Competition' Held by National School, a Division of U.S. Dept. of Defense
On Friday, April 20, 2007, Manmin's "Serem Korean Traditional Music Team" and "Performing Cultural Arts Team" performed at the "Foreign Language Competition" at the National School, a division of the Pentagon (the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense). Darner Lansbury, a Preparatory Committee member of the Competition, observed, "I invited Manmin Joong-ang Church's performing arts teams after reviewing the footages of their previous performances on the church's website. I am grateful for their performance as it has uplifted the atmosphere at this year's competition." Officials at Osan American Middle & High Schools, after receiving abundant grace at this event, expressed intentions to invited Manmin's teams at future events.
