The Fruit of the Spirit, a Real Signpost for a Christian's True Liberty - There Is No Law Against Such Things

God sent His only begotten Son Jesus to this earth and liberated all men from the curse of the Law through His redemptive love. Through Jesus' crucifixion and death for mankind, the door was opened for anyone to reach salvation by faith. When we accept Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit comes into our heart, and when we are guided by the Holy Spirit, we not only bear the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit but enjoy liberty in the truth.
Dr. Jaerock Lee's latest publication, There Is No Law Against Such Things is a compilation of his messages on the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit as recorded in Galatians 5:22-23. This book consists of 11 chapters, and depicts the definition of each fruit of the Holy Spirit —love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, and spiritual meanings embedded in them.
The word of the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit is considered as the milestone to the journey of faith along with the words of spiritual love recorded in 1 Corinthians 13 and the Beatitudes in Matthew 5, with which we can measure how much we have accomplished the heart of God.
The readers will be inspired by the Holy Spirit, feel deep love of God and experience spiritual grace and change. And to the extent that they will bear the fruits of the Holy Spirit, their inner person will be renewed and they will soar into the holy city of the New Jerusalem more powerfully.

The 20th Annual Assembly of the United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ and Pastoral Ordination

At 3:00 PM, on June 28, the 20th Annual Assembly of the United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ was held at Kwangju Manmin Church. At this Assembly important bills were discussed and passed. At 11:00 AM, next day pastoral ordination ceremony took place and Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee, Chairman of the United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, delivered the message titled with "Our Lord Jesus Christ." This year 11 pastors were ordained—Andrew Sungjae Kim, Sungduk Kim, Inchul Park, Wanhee Won, Crystal Sujung Kim, Deborah Jiyoung Rhee, Iris Hyekyung Kim, Hwanjun Oh, Minki Chae, and Byungshik Song.

The Feast of Harvest Sunday Celebration Service and the Holy Communion

On July 4, the Feast of Harvest Sunday Celebration Service and the Holy Communion were offered in the morning and in the evening respectively, and Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee delivered two messages with the same title "Thanksgiving" based on the Scripture Numbers 23:19 and John 6:53-55 respectively. At the Holy Communion the believers ate the bread and drank the cup to commemorate the Word of the Lord telling us "to eat the flesh and drink the blood of the Son of Man." The completion ceremony of the study for baptism was held two weeks ago and the baptism a week ago.
