Following recent appointments of Directors to Africa, Japan, and Latin America, Manmin Central Church appointed Director to Russia on Sunday, February 17, 2008. The Director newly appointed to Russia Rev. Vladimir Osipov (Senior Pastor, St. Petersburg Manmin Church), had served as a member of the Organizing Committee during "The 2003 Russia Miracle Healing Festival with Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee" and had been deeply touched by God's power manifested through Rev. Dr. Lee. After being commissioned as a missionary by Manmin Central Church in April 2007, Rev. Vladimir Osipov has since established a Russian campus of Manmin International Seminary, trained disciples, and led pastors' seminars in collaboration with approximately 90 branch and associate churches throughout Russia.
