Generally, the young have the physical strength and the old the wisdom of life attained from their experiences for a long time. So God says, "The glory of young men is their strength, gray hair the splendor of the old(Proverbs 20:29)." This teaches us that as we are all of importance and value, we should love and take care of one another. It can be clearer by an example of our body. A body is consist of many parts. All of them play their respective roles for the body. So they are all precious to the body. Although the foot might say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it is still a part of the body. And if the whole body becomes an eye because its role is very important, the body will become very uncomfortable because it will have no part for hearing or smelling.(1 Corinthians 12:12~18) Therefore, we should keep in mind that we are all precious and valuable regardless of where we are or what we do. We should love and take care of one another, sharing our delight or suffering.
