Success built on the foundation of the sacrifices of others is not true success. True success can be achieved only when you work together and help one another. Wild geese learn to help the flock to push forward together while flying in the V-shaped formation by alternating in taking the lead and reducing the air resistance for the other geese following in the formation. When you learn from each other's good points and make helping and supporting one another the driving force for your own development, you will have then set the foundation for true success.
"Do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others" (Philippians 2:4).
