The Israelites who made the Exodus out of Egypt witnessed many works of the Power of God, such as the parting of the Red Sea, but they still didn't have faith in God. They soon began to grumble against God when they met with difficulties and were faced with death. On the other hand, a woman named Rahab hid the scouts sent by Joshua because she believed in the power of God just because of what she had heard about Him. As the result, her family was able to survive when the city of Jericho fell (Joshua 6). Also today, God is with those who have the true faith and rejoice together in goodness even though it cannot be seen.
