Dear brothers and sisters in Christ…
Do you remember the Christmas Lighting Ceremony of December 14, 2007? It was the year when the Israeli Ministry began. On July 25, 2007, God the Father told me to go and preach the gospel in Nazareth. Jesus stayed for about 30 years in Nazareth before He began His public ministry. On December 25, 2007, I went to Bethlehem where Jesus was born. Consequently, I wasn't able to enjoy Christmas here together with you.
For that reason, God the Father had such a happy event for us during the Christmas lighting ceremony. He opened the spiritual space and sent us snow. There was no forecast for snow and the temperature was 2 degrees Celsius. For 15 minutes prior to the ceremony it snowed only at this church and the immediate vicinity. When the actual ceremony began at 10:00pm, it became a heavy snow fall. It was the snow that God sent by opening the spiritual space. Those of you who witnessed the scene were amazed, and shouted out with joy. God the Father made tonight's ceremony so beautiful that the ceremony of 2007 cannot be compared with this year's.
Let us give all thanks and glory to God the Father once again. I pray in the name of the Lord that you will not forget these spiritual experiences, but recall them all the time to always remain in the grace of God the Father.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
The title of this message is "Space." This 'space' is primarily divided into the physical space and the spiritual space; the latter of which I will talk about tonight. The physical space is referred to the 1st heaven. The spiritual space consists of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th heavens. The dimensions of these spaces are essentially different from each other, but their ranges may overlap each other.
In this physical space where we live, there are gates and passageways between the spiritual and physical spaces. When a gate of the spiritual realm opens, spiritual beings can come through the gate and appear in the physical space. Moreover, when the spiritual space envelops the physical space, that which is possible only in the spiritual space can also take place in the physical space. During the 2007 Christmas lighting ceremony, snow from the spiritual space came out into this physical space through a spiritual passageway.
The dragonflies that make you happy every summer also come through a spiritual passageway. The dragonflies, however, are not from the spiritual space. They transfer from all over the world through the spiritual passageways and show up before you. As they used a spiritual passageway in the physical space, they could travel much faster. As the dragonflies are covered by the spiritual energy, they turn into gentle dragonflies and land on your body.
God the Father has showed us so many works by opening the spiritual space. Why does He do so? The ultimate reason is that He loves you. And here are three more specific reasons.
God the Father opens and shows the space, first of all, to show you the spiritual realm exists.
2 Corinthians 4:18 says, "…while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal." As recorded, the physical world, which is visible to our eyes, exists 'temporarily', but it will soon disappear. It is merely an illusion, an image that is not reality. What is 'reality' then? Reality is the spiritual realm that is invisible to physical eyes but lasts forever. Since God the Father wishes His beloved children to understand this fact, He opens the space to reveal the reality of the spiritual realm.
The Bible is very clear on this. In Revelation 21:1, which Apostle John wrote after seeing what would take place in the future, he recorded: "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea." While "the first heaven and the first earth" refers to the land and sky in this physical space where we are cultivated, "a new heaven and a new earth" refers to the land and sky in the Heavenly Kingdom.
But the heaven and earth of the Heavenly Kingdom were not referred to "the last heaven and the last earth" but "a new heaven and a new earth" as opposed to "the first heaven and the first earth." It is because the first heaven and the first earth were created for human cultivation, but later after cultivation is over they will be like waste material that is no longer needed. That's why he said that the first heaven and the first earth passed away after the Great White Throne Judgment.
But it doesn't mean the first heaven and the first earth is completely discarded. The first heaven and the first earth came from the Original Space of God in the beginning, and thus God will not discard them completely. But since they no longer have a purpose, God will move them from where they are now to a different space, and shut down the gate to the space.
Another reason He will not discard them completely is for the saved children of God. The children of God had sorrow and pain on the earth during the period of cultivation, and they feel like it is their second home. It is called 'a second home' because the Heavenly Kingdom is their original home.
A man's spirit is sent by God the Heavenly Father when the fetus is in the 6th month after conception. Therefore, our first and original home is the Heavenly Kingdom, and the Earth is our second home. Although it is the second home, you may feel like visiting it from time to time. Even if you don't actually visit it, you will feel differently when you know it exists somewhere rather than if it no longer exists at all. Since God considers even this, He doesn't completely discard the first heaven and the first earth. Just as a man puts an unused object in a certain spot in a storage place, God just moves them to a different place in the space.
This is the conclusion of the physical world. It is like a sand castle by the beach. No matter how magnificent the castle looks, when the tide rides in, the castle will be swept away. On the contrary, the spiritual world lasts forever. I've explained to you in great detail in the 'Heaven Lecture Series' just how beautiful and splendid heaven is and how full of love and happiness it is.
Even the roads you walk on in heaven are made of gold. The heavenly kingdom where we will live forever is far more splendid than you can possibly imagine. Therefore, as you witness the spiritual works that God the Father shows to you by opening the space, I hope you can solidify your faith in the spiritual realm.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
God the Father opens and shows the space, secondly, to help you possess spiritual faith.
Knowledge of the existence of the spiritual realm is different from the belief in it. The knowledge of the existence of Heaven and Hell mentally is different the faith in it in heart. God the Father wishes His children to believe in their heart that the spiritual realm exists. That's why He is continually showing spiritual things by opening the spiritual space.
The experience of the things of the spiritual space can easily break fleshly thoughts theories which hinder you from possessing spiritual faith. It is quite easy to break the knowledge and theories of the world and fleshly thoughts and frames if you manage your Christian life in this church because you can see, hear, and experience countless signs and wonders.
This church has overflowing testimonies of being healed of incurable and terminal diseases, and infirmities. Moreover, we can present medical evidences that that prove those healing cases. We officially present them in an international Christian medical conference every year. Last October, the 14th international Christian medical conference was held in Russia by WCDN. WCDN stands for World Christian Doctors Network, and it is the network of Christian medical doctors around the world who prove the Bible by medical science.
This year, the healing cases of appendicitis, grave tuberculosis, cross-eye, lost eyesight, and compound fraction were presented. Among many healing cases of appendicitis, 3 cases were presented. They were the testimonies of Lee Kyung-Hwa (58), Kim Young-Joo (47), and Shin Myung-Jin (36).
Before receiving prayer, all of them had serious pain, and CT scans confirmed that it was appendicitis. After receiving prayer, however, the pain disappeared, and the situations were diagnosed to be normal after a follow-up scan. Ordinary people think appendicitis needs immediate surgery. Otherwise, it may burst and develop into peritonitis which may cause death. This is general knowledge or common sense of ordinary people of the world.
The testimony givers, however, didn't go to hospital despite extreme pain, but depended on God to receive an answer. Why did they do that? The reason was that they learned from many testimonies of others, and that they came to have faith that their appendicitis could be easily healed once God works
Deaconess Choi Hae-Ok, who also had appendicitis before them, had her appendicitis develop into peritonitis. Even when she could've lost her life, she depended on God till the last moment. She was eventually healed by the power of God, and became healthy. Her case was also presented with medical data at the 5th WCDN conference which was held in Norway. Her case amazed the doctors in attendance.
Now, the fact is that these healing works take place in the spiritual space. In her case, God cleansed the filth inside her abdomen with the water of life, and sucked the filth inside her abdomen into the spiritual space just like a surgical suction device to cleanse her abdomen. As you can see, by utilizing the spiritual space, diseases can be quickly and completely healed.
The affected part of a patient will be covered by the spiritual space to revive the dead nerves or cells, or to fix broken bones. As you see, hear, and experience these things, your fleshly thoughts and frameworks can be broken, and eventually you can possess the spiritual faith that God can do all things.
In this year's WCDN conference, the healing case of paralytic strabismus was also presented. The doctor who treated Brother Yoen Kyu-Chan, the testimony giver, said that Surgery itself is extremely dangerous, and there is no guarantee for improvement after the surgery. Within the frameworks of fleshly knowledge, he would have had no other choice but surgery. But Brother Yeon believed that he would be healed by the power. He prepared his heart vessel so that he could make it worthy to receive an answer. As a result of it, he was completely healed of his cross-eyed condition. Dr. Kiril from Bulgaria medically reviewed the case, and he acknowledged it was the work of God.
There was even the case of recovering lost eye sight. Brother Park Sang-Yeong (52) suffered brain damage in a car accident. After brain surgery, he lost eye-sight in his left eye and couldn't even detect light. Later he began attend Manmin Church. In August 2016, when he couldn't attend summer retreat, he watched it on GCN. After he received the prayer for the sick, he recovered eye-sight in his left eye.
Brother Gegesuren (62) from Mongolia hurt his head in a car accident. The aftereffect of the accident caused him to lose eye-sight in his left eye. While managing a life in depression, he became a Manmin member. After receiving the prayer with the handkerchief of God's power, the left eye recovered eye-sight, and the right eye improved. Dr. Bahe, an Armenian doctor, presented this case and glorified God.
Generally speaking, medical knowledge is foremost and predominates among doctors. Then, why are they spreading the news of God's healing works? It is because all the medical evidences prove that it is the work of God, even though it doesn't fit the frame of knowledge they have acquired. They admit that, if God intervenes, things can become possible; even the things that go beyond the limit of fleshly knowledge. As you can see, God is giving intellectuals the opportunity to believe in God.
Therefore, if there is anyone who still doubts and doesn't believe, please carefully review all the signs and wonders that have taken place in this church. You may thoroughly examine how all of them were possible; you may ask questions of the testifying people. By doing so, I hope you can break the fleshly thoughts and frames and possess faith. I also pray in the name of the Lord that by doing so, you may come to the knowledge of the deep world of faith where nothing is impossible.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
God the Father opens and shows the space, thirdly, to help you recover the lost image of God and become His true children.
It is actually the reason God the Father created human beings. God the Father desires to acquire true children He can share His love with. And so, He Himself created Adam, the first man, in His own image, and breathed into him the breath of life. After Adam was creates as a living being, God taught him only spiritual knowledge.
But Adam failed to consistently bear God's word in his mind and committed the sin of disobedience by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. As its result, he was driven out to the fleshly world which is governed by the enemy devil and Satan. After Adam and Eve were driven out to this earth, they were still fruitful and multiplied. But the descendants Adam gave birth to on this earth inherited the original sin. They not only were born as sinners, but also committed sins themselves; they became stained by sin. They gradually lost the 'image of God' the first man Adam had.
God the Father had pity on them and when the time came, He sent Jesus to open the way for the forgiveness of their sins. He then sent the Holy Spirit to lead His children to the truth. God allows for them to cultivate their hearts into spirit and recover the image of God by the help of the Holy Spirit. God helps them cast off works of the flesh and things of the flesh, get rid of self-righteousness and personal frameworks, and to accomplish the heart of spirit. He leads them to realize their spiritual deficiencies and shortages; fill their heart with goodness, love, and truth; accomplish the heart of whole spirit; and become true children of God.
God the Father has shown this church the spiritual realm quite often, so that the members are able to fight against sin all the more in hope. He once opened the spiritual eyes of many members and let them see angels. He also let those whose spiritual eyes were not opened see my spiritual body. "The spiritual body is truly light itself. When I resurrect, I can also transform into such a holy body that will not decay!" The more my heart is cultivated into spirit, the brighter the light of my resurrected body. I will surely accomplish the heart of whole spirit." Through these experiences of the spiritual realm, God has let you have greater hope and cultivate your heart into spirit more eagerly.
By the way, this generation is so evil that people are seldom surprised, and they easily forget spiritual experiences. And so, God the Father allowed the work of revealing the identity of demons. It was because there were many people who could not wake up spiritually if not for such shocking events.
It is especially so with the young people who were born into this world where sin is so rampant and so much worse than before that they cannot even see sin as being sin. But, even such young people testified that they were shocked to witness the demons' identities, and that they made up their minds to become more resolute. "The result of sin is so miserable like that. I will surely live by the word of God from now on."
They made up their mind to cut themselves off from the world, to keep their hearts by the truth, and to work hard to change into spirit. Just as God the Father desired, many members seized the opportunity of change. God the Father will open the space and show the spiritual things before our eyes all the more frequently. I urge you in the name of the Lord to quickly change into spirit and whole spirit, and become the true children of God the Father.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
Tonight, I told you why God the Father opens and shows the spiritual space. First, it is to show you that the spiritual realm truly exists. Second, it is to help you possess spiritual faith. And third, it is to help you recover the lost image of God the Father and become His true children.
Ultimately, just as the Scripture says, God opens the space and shows us the spiritual things because He loves you. He desires that by witnessing those things you will have assurance of the existence of the spiritual realm and Heaven and win the good fight of faith.
The easiest way to experience the spiritual space is for you to be filled with the Holy Spirit. If you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will seem to be in the spiritual space, the space of Heaven. May you stay spiritually awake and pray to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit, and run toward New Jerusalem all the more vigorously, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, I pray! |
