Annal (Age 79, Madurai Manmin Church, India)

I was raised in a Hindu family and I used to worship many idols. One day, I lost contact with my grandson who went to another country to work.

The whole family lost heart, and by chance I came to meet a sister who was going to Madurai Manmin Church. I talked to her about my grandson, and she said my problem could be solved in the church where they were having a prayer meeting. I received prayer from the pastor in the church, and to my surprise, our grandson came back home without incident.

After this happened I came to accept the Lord as my personal Savior. That's when I began to attend Madurai Manmin Church in April 2014. I learned the Bible. I was also amazed by the works of God that I had never heard of or seen before. When I relayed this grace to my family, the family of my 3rd daughter was evangelized. They also experienced God's healing work. My son-in-law recovered from hearing difficulty in both ears after he received prayer with the handkerchief on which the Senior Pastor Rev. Jaerock Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). My granddaughter also recovered from the danger of miscarriage.

In early 2018, I fell down in the bathroom while I was preparing to go out. I hit my head on the floor and I could not get up. My daughter and granddaughter were shocked and immediately took me to the hospital in a taxi. It was an emergency, in which I couldn't get up by myself.

The doctor said my head was OK but my back was injured. He gave me a prescription and advised me to wear a back brace all the time so as not to move my back. Later, I received prayer with handkerchief from my pastor Persiel Rajadurai, and she suggested I prepare to receive the divine healing in the upcoming summer retreat.

As I was waiting for the summer retreat in one of the Friday all-night services, I watched the Manmin Magazine video before the message. They showed a testimony of senior deaconess Okjeom Park who had been in a very similar situation as mine. I was touched very much that she was healed of her broken ankle by the Senior Pastor's prayer without getting any medical treatment.

I was convinced that I could be healed through prayer, and I took off the spine braces immediately. I prepared for the Manmin Summer Retreat with prayers and longing.

I attended the summer retreat on GCN live-broadcast on Monday, August 6. I received the handkerchief prayer of Pastor Soojin Lee with faith. The work of God transcending time and space happened to me as well. The fire of the Holy Spirit came upon my body and I perspired profusely. Then, all the pains in my body were gone and I could move my back freely.

Now, I walk 25 minutes every morning to attend the dawn prayer meeting. This past September I also attended the summer retreat held at Chennai Manmin Church. I am healthier than ever, though I am soon going to be 80. Hallelujah!

I give all thanks and glory to God who has healed me transcending time and space.
