Although I attended many churches since early childhood, I did not have true knowledge of God. I just followed my father to church.

Meantime, my family and I listened to Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermon for the first time in 2009 on TBN Russia. I really liked it, looked the church up online and listened to many of his sermons on the website.

When I listened to Dr. Lee's sermons or joined the church's worship services in real time via the internet, I felt his fervent love and integrity. My family realized how we should live if we have true love for God. As we tried to live by the Word of God, my father Anton Degu Sissay was blessed to prosper in his business.

In 2015, when I was a high school student, I liked to attend worship services instead of going with my friends who just enjoyed themselves. I did so because I learned that God protects and blesses us when we keep the Lord's Day and give the tithe.

I also listened to Dr. Lee's sermon "The Keys to Studying Well" and studied hard. As a result, I was admitted to Kharkiv National Medical University with a good mark which is the most prestigious school in the city. Senior Pastor urged students to glorify God by studying well, so I reminded myself of his word when I had a hard time while studying.

I still feel the presence and help of God when I study. In particular, when I had important tests this year, the questions I had expected and studied for appeared on the test, so I could get high scores in every subject and be awarded a full scholarship.

I often thought, 'What if I had not met Senior Pastor and had not realized the truth? Where would I be now? What would I be doing now? Would I believe God? Could I gain salvation?'

But now I know the eternal truth. I believe in the existence of Heaven and Hell. I am well aware that this world is transient and nothing. I know very well that the truth leads us to cast away worldly pleasure, sin and evil through fervent prayer and become sanctified, and enjoy eternal happiness in New Jerusalem.

I give all thanks and glory to God who loves and blesses my family. I extend my thanks to Senior Pastor who has helped us to become one of God's true children!
