Pastor Rita Sihotang Cussoy (Philadelphia Ministry in Indonesia)


In 1982 I was suffering from great pain in my feet due to diabetes. I was in such a serious state that I was even told that I probably wouldn't live beyond the next six months. But I received healing by the grace of God, but 15 years later the disease reoccurred due to my wrongdoings.

In October of 2011, I planned to visit Manmin Central Church, but my blood sugar level hit 700. My doctor forced me not to travel all the way to Korea because of possible danger. But I was convinced that I would be healed by the prayer of Dr. Lee who God has used so powerfully.

I had come to know about Dr. Lee through Patricia, a relative of mine. Her husband is Missionary Peter Yoon who is conducting his ministry in Indonesia. She gave me a DVD entitled 'Power of God'. The video presentation was amazing. Dr. Lee prayed without laying his hands on each individual sick person, but just prayed on the stage. Nevertheless, countless souls were healed of their diseases. Finally, faith was given to me. I then stopped taking medication.

On October 7, I visited Korea to attend the 29th Anniversary Performance of Manmin Central Church. At the right time, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee arrived at the event venue. I was reminded of a woman in the Bible who had a hemorrhage that had lasted for 12 years, but she received healing after she just touched the hem of Jesus' cloak (Luke 8:43-44). With such a longing heart and faith, I shook hands with Dr. Lee. At the very moment, I was filled with joy and emotion and felt assured of my healing. After that, my diabetic symptoms were gone and I got better. In addition, I was able to walk without any discomfort.

On October 10, I visited Muan Sweet Water Site where salty sea water had changed into fresh, sweet, and drinkable water by the prayer of Dr. Lee. I got there together with other overseas guests. With an earnest heart, I prayed holding a cup of Muan Sweet Water in my hands and put the water in my eyes with faith. I drank it as well. Then, amazing works happened when I looked up at the sky. The sunlight looked like a cross and I listened to the voice of the Holy Spirit telling me, 'You've been healed.'

Then, I dipped myself in Muan Sweet Water Pool seven times harboring my desire. Then, another striking work took place. I was healed of diabetic complications as well as diabetes. That is, I had had very poor eyesight in my right eye, but I came to be able to see even small letters. My legs had often become swollen, but the swelling subsided and became normal.

I had my blood sugar level retested in Indonesia. It was 96 on an empty stomach and 110 two hours after a meal, which means just normal. I could eat well and run. I am very healthy. I give all thanks and glory to God.
