The God of love wants all men to be saved, so He has shown His existence through the works of the Holy Spirit in order for them to accept the Lord. Also God comes to us so that we can destroy all speculations against Him and lead true Christian lives (From left, Dr. Kwankyu Lee, Dr. Elvin Hwang, Dr. Gilbert Chae, and Professor Yongwook Park).


In 2006, Dr. Kwankyu Lee was concerned about his mother who seemed to be too preoccupied with a believing life and attending church. With a concern, he followed her, and there he met the living God. Now he is preparing to be a pastor (Picture 2).

When he followed his mother, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee was preaching about Heaven during Sunday Morning Service. He listened to the message and reasoned all details as if he did research for a thesis. In the meantime, he found out none of logical fallacies in the sermons. And he also saw an amazing thing that demolished his self-framework of thought.

It was a circular rainbow surrounding the sun. He recounted, "It was my first time I saw such a rainbow. It was inexplicable even with cloud iridescence which is one of the meteorological phenomena because such rainbows occurred very frequently in the church especially on the church's meaningful days like the Anniversary. Moreover, thousands of people saw the rainbows. So when it comes to the probability it was definitely God's work. I couldn't deny it."

Then he joined a revival meeting and was healed of chronic allergic rhinitis. Furthermore, he received a blessing of having a child. His wife and he had been waiting for a child for 13 years but after coming to the church they gained a son. So he could never deny God.

"I used to be a picky man. I considered spiritual things something that I had nothing to do with. I thought I lived in abundance and felt content with my life so I doubted the necessity of knowing the spiritual. However, now I am eager to learn about spiritual things. And my way of thinking totally changed. While seeing the evidences of the living God in the church, I thought it would be wise to change my thoughts quickly."

Today, knowledge has constantly increased, and men's thoughts have been stained with humanism value. Therefore, to help them accept the existence of God, works should happen that destroy all speculations and transcend human knowledge. Only when they see and experience something amazing transcending their limit can they themselves meet God as their own God.

GCN's program titled 'Creation & Science' introduces God's providence of creation and the authenticity of the Bible based on Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermon (www.gcntv.org). Dr. Elvin Hwang, neurobiologist and Vice President of WCDN helps the program as a scientific advisory member. He said, "Science is imperfect.

Although one hypothesis appeared right once, it may be considered wrong after some time. But God's explanation is unchanging and offers us answers to the questions nobody had solved. Once you acknowledge God, you will see so many of your questions are answered all at once" (Picture 1).

World Christian Doctors Network has linked Christian medical doctors all around the world and is proving God's powerful works with tangible medical data. The organization's President Dr. Gilbert Chae, Director of Yosei Jeil Hospital used to feel frustrated before attending Manmin Central Church because he felt helpless when his patients faced with unexpected problems although he tried all his best to treat them.

Meantime, he came to the two-week consecutive Special Revival Meeting led by Dr. Jaerock Lee in 2000. He was amazed to see many members being healed of knee arthritis, herniated lumbar disc, apoplexy, and bad eyesight. It was a great chance for him to renew his life as a Christian doctor (Picture 3).

He realized that all diseases have spiritual causes. He stated, "When I see many patients who suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, apoplexy, and cancer, I feel sorry and hope that they will too hear about this holiness gospel, realize the causes of their diseases, and receive healing and salvation. I often tell my patients that if they want to be free from diseases they should believe God."

Dr. Yongwook Park Professor of Ulsan College longed for God's grace. As he was guided to South Ulsan Manmin Church, he started a refreshed Christian life (Picture 4).

He solved all questions he had had through the sermons such as 'The Message of the Cross', 'Spirit, Soul, and Body', and 'Lectures on Genesis'. He also witnessed many diseases being healed like cancer and leukemia by Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer.

"Senior Deaconess Eundeuk Kim's testimony was amazing. She had the third-degree burn but was healed only by Dr. Lee's prayer! Isn't it an amazing work that everyone cannot help admitting the living God?"

He said that he felt sorry because most people in the world do not know who they are and what they are living for. And he added that we should live our life with awareness of who we are and our life purpose.

Spiritual faith is not what men can have just because they want it. But it is given by God from above. Whoever opens heart, accepts the Lord, and destroys all speculations and knowledge can receive this spiritual faith from God. By extension, they can experience healing in spirit and body by the work of the Holy Spirit, and can have true rest.
