Manmin Central Church has around 10,000 branch and associate churches around the world. The church has also been actively performing its ministry in Latin America through broadcasting and the handkerchief of power.

Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee was invited to Argentina in 1996 for the 'Blessing Crusade for Koreans', a Local Pastors' Seminar. And then in 1997, to Argentina again for a Revival Meeting for local people and a Pastors' Seminar. In 2002 he went to Honduras for a United Crusade and in 2004, to Peru for the Peru United Crusade. In the crusades, Dr. Lee proclaimed God is the Creator and Jesus Christ is our only Savior by showing signs, wonders, and many powerful works of God.

By Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for the sick in particular, a great number of people were freed from many diseases including AIDS and cancer. The blind came to see. There were those who were crippled who threw away walking-sticks and stood up from wheel chairs. They walked and jumped, and God was greatly glorified through them.

Since then, the handkerchief healing meetings have constantly been conducted in the church's branch and associative churches in Latin America such as in Peru and Colombia. Furthermore, Dr. Lee's sermons and powerful works aired on Enlace TV—the leading broadcaster in Spanish-speaking countries and JBN of Honduras caused a number of people to meet the living God.

Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermon is broadcast on a regular basis. Above all, Dr. Jaerock Lee's Word of Life, aired on Sunday morning, has brought great responses from pastors. The Enlace viewers who received grace through the program even registered into Manmin Central Church via the Internet and are leading joyous Christian lives.

In addition, Dr. Jaerock Lee's books in Spanish and Portuguese have been published and distributed by Nueva Vida of USA and Naos of Brazil.

On April 3, 2014, Manmin World Guidance Pastor, Rev. Heesun Lee, conducted a healing meeting with the handkerchief of power (Ref: Acts 19:11-12) at Peru Manmin Church ministered to by Pastor Lazarus Lee. A great number of people filled the sanctuary and joined even outside of the church. The number included Pastor Felipe Juamani, Chairperson of Dr. Jaerock Lee's 2004 Peru Healing Crusade Organizing Committee.

Rev. Heesun Lee preached the message entitled "True Faith" based on Hebrews 10:22. The attendants repented in prayer together. Then, she prayed for hundreds of sick people one by one who were waiting in line to receive her prayer with the handkerchief of power. The church members who had prepared with prayer and fasting during the previous month immediately received answers and gave glory to God.

Brother Guillermo Diaz got up from his wheelchair which he had to rely on for the previous 20 years, and came to walk. Sister Fannyt Janet Davila was healed of ovarian cyst. Brother Benjamin Salazar received healing of poor eye sight, high blood pressure, diabetes, and lung disease.

On April 5 to 6, Rev. Lee also preached at Colombia Manmin Church's Anniversary Service and led the meeting with the handkerchief of power. Ms. Rosalba Rodriguez de Rincón, President of Enlace Colombia and some pastors and believers from Venezuela attended. Through Rev. Lee's handkerchief prayer, Sister Diana Moreno was healed of farsightedness and Sister Marixa Pérez was set free from an ovarian cyst and allergic sinus infection. Many members in addition to them were made whole and gave glory to God. These events aroused great expectation for a more active ministry through the works of the Spirit in Latin America.
