Passage

[2 Chronicles 5:11-14]
[11] When the priests came forth from the holy place (for all the priests who were present had sanctified themselves, without regard to divisions), [12] and all the Levitical singers, Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and kinsmen, clothed in fine linen, with cymbals, harps and lyres, standing east of the altar, and with them one hundred and twenty priests blowing trumpets [13] in unison when the trumpeters and the singers were to make themselves heard with one voice to praise and to glorify the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice accompanied by trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and when they praised the LORD saying, "He indeed is good for His lovingkindness is everlasting," then the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, [14] so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.

I will talk about the 'The God-glorifying Sanctuary on this Earth', the third prayer title of 2012.
God has given us the duty to construct the Grand Sanctuary at the end time, and we have been praying to achieve it since the opening of this church.
The third prayer title of 2012 is one that is given in regard to building the Canaan Sanctuary and the Grand Sanctuary.
Let us think about what kind of sanctuary God wants and what kinds of qualifications we ought to have and what kinds of prayers we have to offer to build such a sanctuary.

Main

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Today's reading passage is an emotional scene in which Solomon built the Temple and dedicated it to God.
The sons of Israel went out from Egypt to worship God, but they could not build the Temple right away.
During their life in the wilderness, they always had to move to different locations at the command of God.
At that time, they had the Ark of the Covenant in the Tabernacle, and in the Ark were the stone tablets on which God inscribed the Ten Commandments.
God came down upon the Tabernacle to have communication with Moses.
The sons of Israel could build the Temple only after they had a united kingdom after conquering the Canaan Land and passing the era of the Judges.
King David loved God so much, and he prepared more than enough materials to build the Temple so that his son Solomon could build it.
He prepared appropriate materials for the Temple's size, structure, and decorations, and even for the dedicated things as gold and silver vessels and ladles, but he did not prepare them with his own thoughts.
As 1 Chronicles 28:19 says, "All this, said David, 'the LORD made me understand in writing by His hand upon me, all the details of this pattern,'" he prepared the things as God showed him.
In the work of the Holy Spirit, God showed the detailed design of the Temple.
In the book of Hebrews it says the Temple is a copy of the things in the heaven.
David's son, Solomon, prepared additional materials according to the design that David gave him, and actually began the construction in the fourth year of his reign.
After 7 years, when they dedicated the Temple, the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes gathered before the Temple.
They gave offerings that could not be counted. When the Ark of the Covenant was put in the Temple, the joyful praise filled the whole place.
The priests and Levites who sanctified themselves made themselves heard with one voice, offering up praises playing all the musical instruments.
There were one hundred and twenty priests blowing trumpets, and can you imagine the rich, full resonance of the sound?
They gave glory to God in one voice saying, "He indeed is good for His lovingkindness is everlasting." The Temple was filled with clouds, and the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud.
Just as God did when Moses was communicating with God, He appeared in the cloud of glory when He joyfully accepted the Temple.
Now, King Solomon went up to the altar before the congregation and stretched his hands to pray before God.
He asked that God accept this Temple, and answer to all the things that those people who revere God ask in the Temple.
He prayed that if there were disasters at either individual or national level, when the people repent of their iniquities and come to this Temple, God would forgive and recover them to Him.
He also prayed that even when the Gentiles heard of the glory of God and came to the Temple to pray, God would answer them and be glorified.
2 Chronicles 7:1 says, "Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the house."
The people saw the fire come down from heaven and the Temple was filled with the glory of God. They bowed down in worship and gave glory to God.
What an emotional scene this is!
King Solomon and the people built the Temple with all their hearts, minds, and souls and God accepted it joyously. God gave them such great joy in their hearts, and this joy cannot be expressed with words.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
God the Father wants to give this same joy to you and me today as well.
When we build the Grand Sanctuary that God desires, He will give us glory and blessings that are much greater than those given at the time of Solomon.
The Temple of Solomon disappeared along with the fall of the kingdom.
When they discarded the commandments of God by committing sins and following idols, God did not stay with them in the Temple any more.
Since Temple was destroyed after the glory of God left it, the sons of Israel still long to build it again.
But the Temple that God wants is not the Temple of the Old Testament.
He wants a spiritual Temple built by the children who are saved by the name of the Lord and have been changed by the works of the Holy Spirit.
Of course, there have been many beautiful sanctuaries built by Christians.
It is said that there was an emperor of the ancient Byzantium who built a church, and seeing the beauty of it, he said, "King Solomon, I exceeded you."
But even if there are so many splendid churches, the Grand Sanctuary that we will build will have special meanings that will distinguish it from other church buildings.
And you know those meanings very well.
First, the Grand Sanctuary is a monument that shows in this physical space the glory of God who is in spiritual space.
It is the greatest and best sanctuary in human history. It will reveal the power and dignity of the almighty God.
As the darkness thickens towards the end time, there are increasingly more buildings and monuments that lift up people, but it is difficult to find any monuments that manifest the glory of God.
Furthermore, within men's thoughts, people even say it is wrong to build such a big church building.
In this generation, God has given us the duty to build the Grand Sanctuary that will reveal the dignity and power of God.
Just as He did for the Tabernacle of Moses and for the Temple of Solomon, He let the size, designs, and decorations of the Temple be known through the works of the Holy Spirit.
Just by seeing the appearance of this beautiful and gigantic Grand Sanctuary, people will feel the authority and glory of God.
And this sanctuary will not just be splendid on the outside, but it will have the glory of God, and it will have the flames of the Holy Spirit 24 hours a day.
There will be words of life and fiery works of God's power that revive the souls that continually spread the Word to the whole world.
Habakkuk 2:20 says, "But the LORD is in His holy temple. Let all the earth be silent before Him."
As in the above verse, the Grand Sanctuary will become an ark of salvation where all the earth will see the glory of God and to which the kings of the nations shall come with longing for the Lord.
Second, the Grand Sanctuary is a monument that celebrates the victory of God in human cultivation.
The purpose of God's creating human beings is to gain true children.
They are the children who love God with sincere hearts and perfect faith and share their hearts with God.
God had to go through a lot of pain to gain them.
He had to undergo the pain of betrayal of the archangel Lucifer and the first man, Adam. He had to bear with the pain of His only begotten Son Jesus dying on the cross.
Nevertheless, there are so many people who neglect the gospel, stand against God, and live in sins.
Even after experiencing the grace of salvation once, many people betray God and go back to the world.
This is the ultimate goal of the enemy devil Satan.
It is for all mankind to neglect the way of salvation and stand against God. It is to cause the eventual failure of God's plan for human cultivation.
But God will not be trapped by the enemy devil's schemes.
He prepared the way of salvation even before the ages and sent Jesus Christ. He also sent to us another Helper, the Holy Spirit.
Even though the enemy devil and Satan disturb us so much, those who have good consciences will accept the Lord upon hearing the gospel.
Some of their hearts will be changed by the works of the Holy Spirit and come forth as true children who understand the heart of God.
Not just anybody can build the Grand Sanctuary just because they have money and authority or the technology, or just because they want to build it.
Only the true children of God can build it. It is those who have cultivated the kind of heart that God desires.
The actual form of the Grand Sanctuary will be revealed on this earth through their faith.
For this reason, when the Grand Sanctuary is actually built, God will be comforted for all his painstaking mourning He had to bear since He planned human cultivation.
Brothers and sisters,
The title of today's message is 'the God-Glorifying Sanctuary on this Earth'.
It is the sanctuary that will proclaim that God has fulfilled His plan of human cultivation by gaining true children in this sin-filled world.
Also, the Canaan Sanctuary will be built as one of the annexes of the Grand Sanctuary, and it will show that the number of the sanctified believers has been filled through tears, mourning, and times of devotion.
When these true children of God who built the Canaan Sanctuary play major roles in construction of the Grand Sanctuary, countless souls who can be saved will come to God seeing the glory.
Now, what do we have to do to completely fulfill the duty of constructing the Canaan Sanctuary and the Grand Sanctuary?
First, we have to recover the image of God the Father completely.
Since the opening of this church, God has expended so much effort to make you what you are today.
He taught you many secrets of the deep spiritual realm and let you experience the power to lay the foundation of your faith.
He has increased your faith through revival meetings, conferences, and overseas crusades over these many years.
Sometimes He allowed for church-wide great trials, and through the sealing and restructuring of the church organization, He let each one of us cultivate our heart-field.
Especially, during this past year after the great repentance in 2010, God let us ride on the rapid flow of spirit along with the original lights of God.
So, there are so many believers who stand on the rock of faith that we cannot name them all.
Many of you have come into spirit, and several of you are in whole spirit.
With God's guidance during the past 30 years I have seen that all the tearful prayers I have been offering as your shepherd have borne fruit.
But you cannot stop here.
There is no time to hesitate.
Those who are not standing on the rock of faith yet have to do so quickly.
Everyone who advances with faith can do it.
Those who are already standing on the rock of faith have to go into spirit, and those who are in spirit into whole spirit, as if they were competing with each other.
Those who are in the whole spirit must fill themselves with the truth completely to reach the full measure of the Christ.
Please keep in mind that this is the way to more quickly build the Canaan Sanctuary and the Grand Sanctuary.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
To quickly build the God-glorifying Sanctuary on this earth, we must continually store up the prayers of faith and love.
God says that even though He says He will accomplish it, we still have to ask for it.
Of course, you have already been storing up so much prayer, but until the actual building is erected in front us, we must continue to pray with all our hearts.
Then, what kind of prayers do you offer when you pray for the sanctuary?
If you are praying with a more earnest heart than when you build your own house, you can think of what to pray for in detail.
You can pray that the money to build the Canaan Sanctuary and the Grand Sanctuary would quickly come in; all the administrative and legal matters will be taken care of properly; engineers with the best technology and good hearts will come; and then they will be built as quickly as possible.
Also, you might pray that the workers who are in charge of the works will be united as one and work by faith only; that there will be no mistake; the enemy devil and Satan will not disturb in the processes, and each detail of the building will be according to God's will.
Other than these, you will pray with all your heart for all other details in regard to the construction.
In addition, you will earnestly pray that all the pastors, workers, and believers of Manmin will be sanctified quickly so that they will build the sanctuary being in unison.
When you see the glory and rewards that will be given to you in Heaven for all the prayers, money, and aroma of heart that you offer up to God for the building of the Grand Sanctuary, you will automatically let out exclamations of joy.
You will shed tears of joy saying, "How can I enjoy such great rewards when I just prayed for it with my best because it was the duty given to us?"
I urge you to store up more earnest prayers of faith and love in greater amount hoping for this day.

Conclusion

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
How yearningly have you been praying that the Canaan Sanctuary and the Grand Sanctuary will be built?
You have been praying with so many all-night prayers and fasting, and making offerings like the two copper coins of the widow of Zarephath.
But what God needed more than the money to build this sanctuary is the faith of each of you.
Each of the children of God who has received the Holy Spirit is the temple of God for the Holy Spirit dwells in them.
When the invisible temple of the heart is built, the visible Grand Sanctuary will also be revealed on this earth.
Ephesians 2:20-22 says, "...having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit."
2012 is the 30th year since the opening of this church and the passing of a long period of refining. I give all thanks and glory to God the Father who has let us start this year 2012 with people of faith, and receive the New Year with great expectations.
I hope all you beloved believers will continue the march of faith until the Lord comes back again.
I urge you to quickly have the full measure of the Christ and store up fervent prayers for the construction of the sanctuary.
In doing so, I pray in the name of the Lord that you will become foundation stones of the Canaan Sanctuary and the glorious, Grand Sanctuary that will be revealed.
